Hoist Technician

Location: La Vergne, TN 37086
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Negotiable dependant on experience
Start Date: To be confirmed, but start date is expected to Q2 2026

About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Hoist Technician to join our new establishment in La Vergne TN. You will play a key role in assembling, testing and servicing electric chain hoists, along with assisting our Operations Manager to ensure efficient running of the warehouse department

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, modify and commission new electric chain hoists and control systems ready for sale
  • Service and repair of customers electric chain hoists
  • Accurately complete job sheets, inspection reports and test records
  • Technical support to for clients
  • Adhere to and carry out good practice of health and safety regulations at all times
  • Operate warehouse equipment including Forklift (training can be provided if needed)


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience with use, repair and maintenance of electric chain hoist and lifting equipment
  • Mechanical and electrical qualifications an advantage
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
  • Personal attributes: Self-motivated, problem-solver, excellent communication, proactive, trustworthy, punctual, detail-oriented, good vision

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our new establishment in La Vergne TN. You will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly — from receiving and checking deliveries to picking, packing, and dispatching orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, check, and put into stock incoming goods
  • Pick and pack customer orders for dispatch
  • Maintain a clean and organised working environment
  • Operate warehouse equipment including Forklift (training can be provided if needed)
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong attention to detail and good time management
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Physically fit and able to carry out manual work
  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
